PRESS MACHINE
Press Machines prepare the hoses for the welding process by straightening the hose ends in order to weld fittings to the ends of the hoses.
There are two types of press machines, Type-25 and Type 50. Type 25 performs crushing from DN6 to DN25, and Type 50 from DN32 to DN50.
While the process is changed, the grips that provide the hose bedding and the crushing knob are changed. Jaw and crush knobs are specially manufactured according to the hose dimensions.
We have two types of press machines: Pneumatic and Eccentric.
Pneumatic Press Machine
The working principle is quite simple. As such, it is a very low cost solution. The pressing speed is also low compared to our Eccentric Press Machine due to its non-complex structure. It offers a simple, low cost but effective service with a crushing force of 1000 N.

Eccentric Press Machine
It is very easy to use. Compared to our Pneumatic Press Machine, it offers 2 times faster processing capability. It is designed to increase the efficiency of your production line with 3000 N crushing power.
