Quadro Fittings Welding Machine

Fitting welding machine is made to weld fittings to the ends of flexible hoses. The machine provides a working area of 4 stations on a single body. Each station has pincer-grid and rotation group. The sleeve and flexible hose to be welded are fixed by clamps on the pincers. Welding process is performed manually or automatically thanks to the 360 degree rotation of the adjustable pincer.

Head number of our Fittings Welding Machine can be adjusted optionally. We can produce single head, double head, triple or quadruple head.
