BRIGHT ANNEALING MACHINE
Induction furnace; It performs bright annealing of stainless steel flex hoses.
Our machine works with the principle of continuous production. Therefore, the desired length can be softened flex hose.
The desired speed and temperature values on the machine can be adjusted by the operator. When the desired temperature is reached, the machine stabilizes itself at that temperature and continues its production. Thanks to high frequency operation, electricity consumption is very low.
Production specifications can be easily changed by changing the required sets for different sizes of hoses.
