7 bar air pressure is required for the machine to work. It does not work under 6 bar air pressure.
Special and differently designed plastic jaws for stainless flexible hose sizes provide rigidity during cutting and prolong the working life of the blade.
For safety, there are sensors in our machine for possible mishaps. Necessary precautions have also been taken in the pneumatic installation.
Working Principle;
The hose coming out of the line is passed through the center of the machine.
When cutting is requested, the operator presses the “start” button.
After pressing the button, the hose holder jaws are closed.
While hose production continues with the line, the Pneumatic Cutting Machine continues its operation. The system continues to progress.
The piston holding the blade; completes the cutting action and opens.
The jaws holding the hose open.
System; It returns to its original position thanks to the spring.
The flex hose advancing through the system easily continues its progression.
